Short Term Rental Laws In Valley

1) Clark County – no short term rentals allowed. Must be 30 days or longer

2) North Las Vegas – no short term rentals allowed. Must be 30 days or longer

No link to specific ordinance found. They say they follow the Clark County Rules

3) City of Henderson – Approved Short Term Rentals in Residential Areas – Annual $820 registration fee, minimum 2 night stay, owners required to take a class, have insurance, and prove the rental does not violate HOA Rules & Regs. May not use property for weddings, private events or parties. Any complaint must be resolved within 2 hours. Regs start October 14, 2019.

4) City of Las Vegas – must be 3 bedrooms or less, must be owner occupied, cannot be another one within 660 feet of each other, must be licensed through the city, must pay room tax, must pay annual license fee
