All vendors show up when scheduled, do the work right the first time, they do it at a fair price, and  they will correct any problems so there are no customer complaints.

All vendors are properly licensed – Per NRS 624 states in part:   Anyone who contracts for or bids on a construction project valued at $500 or more (total labor and materials) must be licensed by the NSCB (Nevada State Contractors Board).  This includes, but not limited to:  Electrical, plumbing, construction, painting, windows, hot water tanks, appliance repair, carpentry, general contracting, flooring, lighting, septic, sewer, well and any other work to be done to an existing structure or unimproved land – In addition to having the appropriate NSCB License all licensees shall carry no less than $1 Million Dollars of General Liability Insurance; Have company and all employees be Bonded by an authorized Bonding Company and be in good standing with the Residential Recovery fund.
