Keith Thomsen
Keith learned his exceptional customer service and organizational skills from 26 years in retail management in both privately owned, high end, jewelry stores and then with a national department store chain. Keith has won many sales and customer service awards over the years by making each customer feel special and from having a highly trained sales staff. Keith has been a Realtor/Property Manager since 2004 having excelled during the real estate boom years, grew and expanded during the bust and has grown during the recovery. Keith owns his own rentals in Vegas, and a couple of other states, so he understands the concerns, and needs, from an owner’s perspective. Keith enjoys spending time with his wife, traveling and going to the movies with his son.

Jacklyn Tee
Jacklyn grew up in Malaysia and came to America in 2013. She worked as an assistant property manager for over 3 years and got her real estate, and property management, license in 2017. Jacklyn joined Large Vision Property Management in 2018. Jacklyn fluently speaks English, Mandarin, Cantonese, Bahasa Malayasia and Bahasa Indonesia. Her understanding of the Asian culture and language has been a great asset while expanding our international clientele. Jacklyn enjoys going home to Malaysia to spend time with her family, shopping, hiking and exploring America.

Rashell Frei
Rashell has over 25 years of experience in the real estate and property management industry. She started her career in commercial real estate and property portfolio management in 1998 and has lived in Clark County for nearly 31 years. Rashell attended high-school at Las Vegas High and Collage at CSN for a degree in Computer Science. She owned and operated two successful executive suites for over 10 years here in the Las Vegas and Henderson Valleys. Rashell has a strong background in residential and commercial construction and project management and is a Nevada Licensed Home Inspector.
Stephanie McDonald
Stephanie graduated from UNLV with a degree in Criminal Justice and has been doing real estate accounting since 2004. Stephanie has worked with Keith Thomsen for over 20 years and with Large Vision Property Management since 2015. Stephanie gets rave reviews from the owners for her attention to detail and for always making sure the owners get paid on time. Stephanie owns her own rental properties which helps her in understanding the owners’ concerns. Stephanie is a wonderful mother to a very active 3 year old who keeps her on her toes. When she has any spare time, Stephanie enjoys playing video games and all things Disney.
